We had a fantastic meal at The Merrion Inn this evening. I had the roast of the day — ham — while my partner ordered the chicken curry with rice, and both dishes were absolutely amazing.
The roast ham was tender, full of flavour, and served with all the right sides. The chicken curry was just as impressive — rich, perfectly cooked, and really satisfying. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended

We came to the Merrion Inn for their gluten free menu. We had the beef cheek bourguignon and the seafood skillet. Both portions were massive and so tasty! Beef cheek was fall apart tender. Highly recommend for a casual lunch or dinner with the family.
We lived in Dublin for 4 years and this was where we had dinner on our first night in January 2021, and where we ate regularly over the following 4 years. The reason: friendly and welcoming staff; great service; consistently good food. We miss the Merrion Inn.
